Category Analysis - Operations Page
Your view for supply chain health - the basics that keep sales running.
The Operations page shows how well your products are being served on the platform. It covers availability, stock, listing completeness, and fulfilment. Use it to spot supply gaps that may be hurting revenue, even when traffic and conversion look fine.
Operations Overview (Top Cards)
Four KPIs give you a quick operational check:
- Weighted Availability - % of time your products are available, weighted by revenue
- Listing Status - % of stores where your SKUs are live and listed correctly
- Stock in Hand - how many days your current inventory will last
- Fill Rate - % of purchase orders the channel fulfilled
Each card shows the current value, the trend, and the Top 3 laggard subcategories.
💡 Note on Fill Rate: Fill Rate depends on your contract and may not be enabled on every channel. If you see an “Enable Access” message on the Fill Rate card, contact your account manager - it’s not a data issue.

Trends & Competition Analysis
- Category Availability Trends - shows how availability moves over time across subcategories. Helps you spot both trend patterns and distribution gaps. Switch between line and bar views.
- Competition Trends - your Weighted Availability vs. each competitor’s, so you can see where operational issues may be causing share loss.
Sub-Category Operations Performance
The Operations version of the Sub-Category Performance widget:
- Default sort → Weighted Availability
- Columns → Weighted Availability, Listing Status, Stock in Hand, Fill Rate
- Leaders / Laggards tabs to flip the ranking
- Drilldown opens the sidebar for brand, SKU, region, channel, and feature views
Regional Level Operations Performance
Operations metrics compared across regions:
- Left panel - regional snapshot of Weighted Availability and Market Share.
- Right table - subcategory-level metrics across PAN India and key metros. Includes Weighted Availability, Listing Status, Stock in Hand, and Fill Rate.
