Step 7: Campaign Sync & Status

Once you click Publish, the system automatically creates and syncs your campaigns to Blinkit. You’ll be redirected to the Performance Overview → Campaigns tab, where you can immediately track the status and details of everything you just launched.

7.1 Instant Visibility of Newly Created Campaigns

All campaigns published through Bulk Campaign Creation appear instantly in your Campaigns list.

This helps you quickly confirm that campaigns were created correctly.

7.2 Track Sync Status

Every campaign goes through one of the following statuses:

  • Pending – Campaign created in 1DS, syncing to Blinkit
  • Synced – Successfully created in Blinkit
  • Failed – Sync error occurred (requires fix or retry)

You do not need to refresh manually — the sync happens automatically.

7.3 Identify 1DS-Created Campaigns

Use the Origin filter to quickly isolate campaigns created via Bulk Campaign Creation.

This is especially useful for:

  • QA checks after publishing
  • Comparing 1DS campaigns vs. native Blinkit campaigns
  • Troubleshooting failed syncs

7.4 Review Campaign Details

Scrolling horizontally over campaign rows lets you see:

  • Budget distribution
  • City targeting
  • Keyword set
  • Other setup details synced to Blinkit
  • Media Data (when synced)

7.5 Handling Failed Syncs

If any campaign appears under Failed:

  • View the error message
  • Understand whether the failure is due to input format, invalid bids, missing dates, or Blinkit constraints
  • Fix the configuration and republish if required

Note : You can also choose to ignore the failed campaign and recreate a campaign manually if needed.

7.6 Performance Data Availability

While the campaign is in Pending, performance metrics will show as “—”.

Metrics begin populating only after:

  • Blinkit fully activates the campaign
  • The campaign starts delivering impressions & clicks
  • Media Data is synced with 1DS Portal (Typically takes around 6 hours to reflect)
