The Overview page gives you a quick, unified snapshot of how your category is performing across key KPIs.
Use this page to rapidly assess overall health, spot emerging risks or opportunities, and decide where to investigate further. From here, you can seamlessly move from high-level signals into deeper analysis as needed.

By default, you land on the Overview page when you open Category Analysis.
π Performance Overview
The Performance Overview tiles provide a high-level snapshot of your categoryβs health across the most important KPIs. This section helps you quickly understand whether performance is improving, declining, or stable for the selected time period.

The Performance Overview tiles provide a high-level read of category health across the most important metrics. Each tile shows the current value along with movement versus the comparison period, making it easy to spot direction at a glance.
This section is best used as your starting scan before diving deeper into specific drivers.

All metrics here are fully traceable across the dashboard, allowing a seamless shift from summary to root cause.
π¦ Traffic
Shows how effectively products are being discovered using visibility signals like Organic SOV, Paid SOV, and Branded Search. It helps determine whether performance pressure is coming from weak discoverability or traffic quality issues.
π Conversion
Focuses on how efficiently traffic converts into sales. Metrics such as RPI, Rating, and Content Score highlight PDP friction and optimization opportunities, especially when visibility is healthy but sales are soft.
βοΈ Operations
Surfaces execution health signals that can impact availability and revenue continuity. Metrics like Delivery Timelines, Fill Rate, Buy Box %, and Weighted Availability help identify supply-side risks.
π§ Top 3 Laggards
Highlights the three worst-performing subcategories for quick prioritization. Best read alongside category contribution to understand true business impact.
π Trends View
The Trends button on the Performance Overview widget lets you switch from a point-in-time snapshot to a time-based view of the selected KPI.

When enabled, the KPI tile transforms into a trend graph, showing how the metric has moved over the selected date range. This helps you quickly understand momentum and spot inflection points
You can adjust the date range and time stepper to control the granularity of the trend view. For deeper analysis, you can also select up to two KPIs to compare side by side, making it easier to identify relationships and performance shifts between metrics.
π Brand Performance & Distribution
Brand(s) Performance shows how the selected brand or brand group is trending over time within the category, helping you quickly assess momentum and stability.
Brandwise Distribution provides a snapshot of market share split across key brands, making it easy to understand competitive positioning at a glance.

You can switch the chart type using the toggle.
π‘ Note: The brands shown reflect your primary filter selections and may include both your brand and competitor brands.
π§ Sub Category Performance
The Sub Category Performance widget helps you quickly identify which subcategories are driving or dragging overall category performance. It combines a ranked subcategory view with detailed product-level metrics to help you quickly identify which products are contributing most to the lag or leading the category.
Use the left panel to scan subcategory contribution and movement, then review the product table to pinpoint specific SKUs influencing performance. The Trends view and Drill Down action allow you to further investigate subcategory behavior in greater detail.
π‘ Tip: Use the Laggards and Leaders toggle to quickly surface the best- and worst-performing areas within the category.
